7 Reasons To Love the USA.

Happy Fourth of July! The United States of America is a super power and even the non-Americans celebrate America's Independence Day. Here are some of my favorite reasons to love the USA.

1. A Developed Nation:
America isn't just a developed nation but it's a major part of the world. Everyone strives to go to America. It's this magical place where dreams come true. It's a developed country with clean roads, powerful structures and a sense of freedom. You might never see anyone throwing a plastic wrapper on the ground. This long journey has made America the most approachable country. The US dollar is one of the strong currency in the world which makes the country a strong leader. Its mere existence is a magnet which attracts people from all over the world.

2. Lifestyle:
Having said how economically independent the USA is, it goes without saying that the lifestyle of American residents is one of the things that America is so likable. I've always loved the idea of living in America. I pictured myself going to my loved job with a latte in one hand and running on the streets of New York City and just living the dream. That's what American television does to a person. I'm sure American lifestyle is worth it all.

3. Dream City:
New York skyline.
What Mumbai is to India; New York is to America. This is what I feel. I've always heard that New York is the city where dreams come true. It's a city where hard work and talent is recognized and appreciated. There's no wonder why so many people imagine NYC as the place to live.

4. Landmarks:
Grand Canyon.
Every country has its landmarks, monuments and places of historical significance. The USA has some of the greatest wonders of the world. The Statue of Liberty stands tall and strong. There's the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Hoover Dam, the Golden Gate Bridge and so many other structures across the huge 50 states of America.

5. Education:
Harvard University.
The USA is a nation where the definition of literacy is vibrant. It doesn't just focus on academic education. It gives equal importance to other activities. If a person is interested in arts, then there are various courses relating to Art and Culture. People who are talented get a chance to prove their talent. More importantly, they get opportunities. Sure, there's tough competition but where there isn't? The USA offers dance schools for dancers, studio records for musicians, internships in publishing houses for writers and journalists. I like it for two main reasons. (a) Academic education isn't over stressed. (b) If you quit academic to focus on your talent, there are opportunities and options.

6. Entertainment:
HOLLYWOOD Sign.
Times Square.
I think one can never get bored while living in the USA. As I saw some snaps of 4th of July celebrations and New Year celebrations in Times Square, I felt magical. It's something that is celebrated together. Not only that, but other medias of entertainment aren't less. There's the television which runs so many amazing sitcoms. I mean people watch reruns of 'FRIENDS' and 'How I Met Your Mother' all the time. There are no less talented musicians. All the popular singers have concerts all over the US. Then there are books, movies and so on. If all these fail, you can always go shopping. America has all the possible brands that exist. A shopaholic can spend days shopping in Los Angeles and San Francisco and yet it will never be enough. It can never be dull in America.

7. Weather:
I believe that it's mostly cold in the USA. Being an Indian, I'd love to spend months at end in snow rather than in sweat. No wonder Americans are so fond of summers. Personally, I love the cold weather which makes America my sweet spot to live.

Happy Independence Day, America!
